I never completed onboarding with Steno. How do I get fully onboarded so I can start taking work?

Earning the bonus requires completing 3 in-person California jobs before December 15th.
Do I have to go in person?
In-person jobs are a requirement to earn the bonus.
How do I reset my credentials?
To reset your dashboard password, head to https://steno.com/account/need-help and input your email address and click 'Send Sign-in Reset Link.' A link to reset your password will be sent to you.

Who Is Eligible A California-licensed court reporter in good standing with the Court Reporters Board of California.
Exclusions • Not eligible if you already have an active Steno account (have completed a job in the last 180 days). • Not eligible if you were referred to Steno under the Court Reporter Referral Program. Sign-ups qualify for one program, not both. • Not eligible if you are no longer permitted to take jobs from Steno due to continuously delayed transcripts or other misconduct.
How the Bonus Is Earned You must complete 3 in-person California jobs before December 15th. Note: A job counts as complete when it is billable to Steno and transcripts (where applicable) are turned in. Cancellations, no-shows, and non-billable jobs do not count.
Payment Paid within 30 days of meeting all conditions.
Program Duration This program runs through December 15th, and may be terminated earlier at any time at Steno's sole discretion. Steno may also extend or modify the program at its sole discretion.
