PROGRAM DETAILS.
Eligibility: Open to court reporters who are 18 or older and U.S. residents [and who have worked with Steno]. Steno employees are not eligible. If you are a government employee, please confirm that you’re permitted to accept the gift card. One gift card per person. The program runs while supplies last.
To qualify: Complete the VideoAsk flow, including your name, email, and consent. Your video must be original, recorded by you, and meet basic audio and video quality standards. We may ask you to re-record if needed.
Honest opinions: We want your honest views. You’ll receive the gift card for a qualifying submission whatever your feedback is, and whether or not we publish your video.
Keep it confidential: Don’t mention case names, parties, attorneys, testimony, or any other information from a proceeding. Don’t include other people, third-party music, or logos.
Use of your video: By submitting, you grant Steno and its affiliates a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, edit, reproduce, and publish your video, name, likeness, voice, and statements in any media for marketing and recruiting purposes, without further payment or approval. We aren’t required to use your video. If we publish it, we’ll note that you received a gift card. To ask us to stop using your video, email us at marketing@steno.com. We’ll remove it from channels we control going forward.
Email: Please provide a correct email address and check your spam folder. We aren’t responsible for gift cards sent to an incorrect address.
Gift card: The gift card has no cash value and is subject to the terms of Goody and the participating merchant. You’re responsible for any applicable taxes.
Changes: We may modify or end the program at any time. We may disqualify fraudulent or duplicate submissions, or submissions that are offensive, unlawful, or don’t follow these terms
