During this webinar, attorney Joe Stephens will show you exactly how top paralegals handle every case phase-from first client contact to final resolution-while using AI tools to work faster, smarter and with zero mistakes.

What you'll discover:

  • Understanding Every Case Phase - Learn the key phases every case goes through and the vital paralegal tasks at each stage that can make or break a case.
  • AI Tools for Your Daily Work - Discover practical AI tools and methods that can speed up research, document review, deadline tracking and client communication throughout the case.
  • Managing Multiple Cases - Learn tested systems for juggling multiple cases at once while keeping quality high and meeting deadlines, boosted by smart automation tools.
  • Becoming an Essential Team Player - Master the skill of knowing what attorneys need before they ask and position yourself as an essential team member who helps win cases.

Every case follows a similar path, but knowing how to handle each phase smoothly (and where AI can boost your productivity) is what sets outstanding paralegals apart from the rest. Whether you're working on personal injury cases, business disputes or family law matters, this session will give you practical strategies you can use right away to transform how you manage cases from beginning to end.
