Important Reminders

  1. Add the Steno Connect App for Zoom BEFORE your Demo. 
  2. Please visit our Knowledge Base article, ‘How to Set Up and Use the Steno Connect App for Zoom’ for detailed instructions on how to add the app to your Zoom account.
  3. Please be sure you are SIGNED IN to your Zoom Client before joining the Demo to access the App.
  4. If you are being deposed (AKA, you are the witness in the proceeding), please cancel this meeting and coordinate with your attorney to book a demo. We do not provide demos for witnesses without their counsel present.
